Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibition: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are strictly prohibited.
Moltrec provides a cloud-based automation platform that allows users to:
Create and manage automated workflows and email sequences.
Integrate with third-party platforms (CRMs, email providers, etc.).
Analyze engagement data and automate follow-up actions.
Utilize AI-powered tools for content generation and lead scoring.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and the data you process through Moltrec. You agree not to:
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (Spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other local regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Moltrec platform or bypass security measures.
Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Exceed the API rate limits or usage quotas associated with your chosen plan.
Moltrec interacts with third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce).
Authorization: By connecting an account, you grant Moltrec permission to access and process data from that service to execute your automations.
Liability: Moltrec is not responsible for changes, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party providers.
Billing: Paid services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, fees are non-refundable after the service has been initiated for the billing period.
Ownership: All software, designs, logos, and original content on the Moltrec platform are the exclusive property of Moltrec and its licensors.
User License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for your business operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moltrec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the Service or any automated actions performed by the platform on your behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Moltrec reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Owner is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
